Pierre is the Founder and Managing Director of Square Associates Pte Ltd, Singapore, managing more than USD 1 billion of private market transactions across several markets and regions.

Pierre has more than 16 years of relevant investment experience working for recognized international institutions, covering Emerging Markets equities and fixed income. He has been based in Asia (Hong Kong then Singapore) for the past 20 years, with a focus on high-yield, mid and small cap companies operating in the entire Asia-Pacific region in various sectors (financials, industrials, real estate, commodities, consumer etc…). Prior to that, Pierre was based in Boston, London and Paris, covering Emerging Market Fixed Income.

Pierre has led investment research teams at Tokyo Marine Asset Management and Deutsche Bank Asset & Wealth Management for Asia-Pacific. Prior experiences include investment analyst positions at Aberdeen Asset Management and BNP Paribas Fortis.

Pierre holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (France) and a Masters in Economics from Université Paris-II Assas (France).
